Design system enables users to submit the payment request through the system for the approvals and payments. Solution was designed using OLF and AME. This will help to automate payment of Non PO transactions worth more than QAR 130M / annum. • Designed system to automate Employee Reimbursement process using the iExpense module along with AME to handle the approval through the system. This process will enable all the employees of Qatar Foundation to submit their claims online using ERP system. • Designed and revamped the integration of Student Management System with Oracle R 12 for invoice and receipts. The new integrated process with help QF to generate invoices of more than 6000 students from the ERP and track the receipts. • Implemented the Standard Credit Card Solution with full integration and automation with bank. • Key role in VAT implementation process and suggesting Management about possible impact on business and structure. Prepared road map for implementation of VAT in Qatar Foundation. Presented system functionalities e.g. calculation of Taxes based on different variables, Accounting Treatment for recoverable and non-Recoverable Taxes to C’s Level Management. • Designed and implement WHT applicable on the Non –Qatari companies in QF.
